By accessing our website or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Misrepresentation and Fraud

Harassment and Discrimination
Engaging in harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward staff, instructors, or other participants
Unauthorized Access
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or restricted areas of our website
Content Violations
Uploading, transmitting, or distributing harmful, offensive, illegal, or infringing content
Commercial Misuse
Using our services for unauthorized commercial purposes, solicitation, or advertising without express permission
Compliance with Laws

2. Contentge and Restrictions

Course materials and content provided through Summit Leaders are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use only. This limited license permits you to:
- Access and view materials for your personal learning during the course duration
- Download materials where specifically permitted for offline study
- Take personal notes and create summaries for your own reference
Prohibited Uses
You expressly agree not to:
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of our content or materials

Copyright Enforcement: Violation of these contentge restrictions may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages. We actively protect our intellectual property rights.

Upon completion or termination of your participation in our programs, certain data may be retained for legitimate business purposes, legal compliance, or record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data subject to these limitations and our data retention policies.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Warranty of Results
SUMMIT LEADERS MAKES NO GUARANTEES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES REGARDING SPECIFIC OUTCOMES, CAREER ADVANCEMENT, PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS, OR OTHER RESULTS FROM PARTICIPATION IN OUR PROGRAMS.
Individual results vary significantly based on personal effort, existing skills, organizational context, market conditions, and numerous other factors beyond our control. Success in leadership development depends primarily on the participant's dedication, application of learned principles, and circumstances specific to their professional environment.
Service Limitations
Our programs are designed to provide educational content and professional development opportunities. They are not:
- Substitutes for professional career counseling or therapy
- Guarantees of employment, promotion, or career advancement
- Legal, financial, or business consulting services
- Certifications or credentials recognized by specific regulatory bodies unless explicitly stated
Limitation on Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summit Leaders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Aggregate Liability Cap: In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Summit Leaders in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
5. Indemnification Obligations
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Summit Leaders, its directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
Your Use of Services
Any claim arising from your access to or use of our website, programs, or services
Violation of Terms
Your breach or violation of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law or regulation
Third-Party Rights
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity, including intellectual property rights
Content and Conduct
Any content you submit, post, or transmit through our services or your conduct in connection with our programs
Negligence or Misconduct
Your negligence, willful misconduct, or fraudulent actions in connection with our services
This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your use of our services and these Terms and Conditions.
6. Legal Information and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding related to your use of our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Tokyo.
Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to the following resolution process:
- 1. Informal Resolution: Contact us directly to attempt good-faith resolution through discussion (30-day period)
- 2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, submit the dispute to non-binding mediation in Tokyo
- 3. Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may pursue legal action in Tokyo courts
Jurisdiction and Venue
You expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tokyo for resolution of any disputes. You waive any objection to venue in these courts and agree that Tokyo is a convenient forum for any such disputes.
Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, any claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration against Summit Leaders.
7. Modifications and Termination
Changes to Terms
Summit Leaders reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:
- Posting updated terms on our website with a revised effective date
- Email notification to registered users (where applicable)
- Prominent notice on our website for significant changes
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Termination Rights
Summit Leaders may terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions or other applicable policies
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Failure to pay applicable fees or charges
- At our discretion for operational or business reasons
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.
8. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Summit Leaders.
Severability
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent possible.
No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. All waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction or notice.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.
Language
These terms are provided in English. Any translation is for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
